of behavioral health and autism services throughout the U.S.. Our services are
specifically developed to meet the unique and growing behavioral and mental
health needs of the several communities we serve.
Our organizations include:
RiverValley Behavioral Health is the Headquarters designated for behavioral healthcare services serving Daviess, Ohio, McLean, Hancock, Webster, Union and Henderson counties of Western Kentucky. We currently host more than 30 programs that include inpatient and outpatient services for families impacted by mental health, developmental disabilities, alcohol and substance use disorders.
North Carolina Solutions is a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare center that provides autism treatment services to children and adults diagnosed with autism in the Wilmington area, as well as specialized consultative services for adults living with developmental disabilities.
New Mexico Solutions is a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare center for the Santa Fe and Albuquerque area. We provide services that are individualized, trauma-informed, and evidence-based.
Texas LoneStar Solutions is a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare center that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders in the Grand Prairie area.

+ Bachelors or AA degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field (including but not exhaustive of: social work, sociology, human services, human development, developmental disabilities, education, special education, recreation therapy, etc)
+ Possesses RBT certification
+ One (1) year experience serving individuals diagnosed with autism, intellectual disabilities, or other emotional and/or behavioral disorders.

+Master's Degree in Social Work
+Kentucky License/certification or LCSW eligible
+Minimum of three (3) years' supervisory experience and child/adolescent experience preferred
+Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements

+Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's level nursing degree.
+Current NM LPN/RN license.
+At least one (1) year relevant experience working with the severely mentally ill in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting.
+Knowledge of psychotic and mood disorders, their related medications and potential side effects, required.
+Must demonstrate specific additional training or experience in psychological therapies, building a therapeutic alliance, dealing with challenging behavior, and the administration of psychiatric medication. Must be knowledgeable of psychotropic side effects and how to evaluate for them (i.e. AIMS, observation).
+Having Charge Nurse or other related leadership experience, strongly preferred.
