ACT Certified Peer Support Worker - Full-time

Job Summary:

The ACT Certified Peer Specialist utilizes and shares personal experience as a recipient of
mental health services to benefit the team members and enrolled program participants. ACT CPS serves
as a fully integrated team member to provide expertise about the recovery process and symptom
management. ACT CPS acts a liaison with community resources, carries out rehab and support
functions, and assists in treatment, substance abuse services, education, support, and consultation to
families.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) or ability/willingness to work toward certification.
    • Lived experience required (3 or more years preferred)
    • One year experience with target population preferred.
    • Experience needs determined by hiring manager.
    • Valid drivers' license and meets the driving privileges guidelines established in HR Policy 12.6
      "Vehicle Safety and Client Transportation."
