Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

• Prepares journal entries
• Balances general ledger
• Analyzes monthly financial activity and prepares financial statements for presentation to the  Board and outside agencies.
• Researches monthly financial variances and makes recommendations for adjustments.
• Reviews trial balance accounts for the correct balance, analyzes variances, and makes required adjustments to bring the trial balance to actual.
• Completes bank reconciliation within 15 days of month end.
• Reviews, analyzes, and confirms cash transactions between agency bank accounts.
• Assists with the annual audit, online banking transactions, and related tasks.
• Uses independent judgment and discretion
• Treats all staff, clients, and customers with respect and dignity.
• Fosters collaborative working relationships among members of the leadership and management teams and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
