Job Summary:

The Patient Financial Representative performs tasks required to accurately and timely collect Accounts Receivables

  1. Responsible for billing, collecting, invoicing, payment posting, adjusting, researching, and follow up on all assigned patient accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Keeps accounts receivable days at stated yearly goal.
  3. Keeps accounts receivable over 90% at stated yearly goal.
  4. Treats all staff, clients, and business partners/vendors with respect and dignity.
  5. Remains cross trained on all Accounts Receivable Specialist duties.
  6. Fosters collaborative working relationships among members of the leadership and management teams and programs.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in accounts receivable or related field preferred.
