Job Summary:

• Greets patients upon arrival, records necessary personal information, secures required signatures, prepares and supplies patient data to various hospital departments, and receives referrals.  
• Files involuntary court papers at the judicial center.  
• Receives, copies and files admissions paperwork.  
• Completes daily bed availability list and distributes to other departments.  
• Participates in on-call rotation for after-hours admissions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School/GED.  
• Similar experience preferred, but not required.
