Job Summary:

• Provides supervision and therapeutic services to adult clients in a short term crisis stabilization unit.
• Supervises self-administration of medications of residents, completes unit documentation as required for admissions and discharges.
• Completes activities as per schedule, monitors mental and physical status of residents.
• Reports changes in client status and unit concerns to Program Manager/Nurse Coordinator as indicated.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
