Job Summary: New Mexico Solutions is pleased to become a community partner in Santa Fe, where it will offer mobile crisis and crisis center services to community members experiencing mental health, substance use, or other related behavioral health crises. The Company is looking for a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist, who will utilize clinical skills to assess individuals experiencing behavioral health crises, identifying behavioral health components which have contributed to the crisis. Assist individuals and family members clinically in deescalating the immediate crisis and developing a treatment plan to address these needs. Therapist works as a team with other crisis team staff to provide coordinated services. Team members will be required to participate in a call rotation on nights and weekends. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in human services or health-related field, which incldues but is not limited to: counseling, social work or psychology.
• Possess one of the following New Mexico licenses: 
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), 
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), 
• Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC), 
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), 
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), 
• Licensed Professional Art Therapist (LPAT), 
• or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Any candidate who can meet the state requirements to provide clinical services within their field will be considered. 
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a private vehicle for day-today job preformances.
