Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Full-time


Reports to: Clinical Director

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing behavioral assessment and services to children or adults, often diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or similar conditions, and/or who are in need of interventions to manage behavior and/or advance acceptable social and self-care skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in human services or health-related field.
  • Must possess and maintain Board Certifies Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designation through the national certification body.
  • Two (2) years' experience working with individuals needing BCBA intervention, either in an educational or community setting is preferred.
  • Experience working with persons with autism and autism-like behaviors preferred.

Demonstrated success in the following areas:

  • Excellent clinical skills and ability to work with people of diverse social backgrounds.
  • Ability effectively complete observation, interviews, and ABA program design.
  • Ability to provide consultation to other involved parties in a client's placement and/or life.
  • Good case conceptualization skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and schedule activities to meet deadlines.
  • Good listening, verbal, and writing skills.
  • Appropriate assertiveness skills to clearly communicate clinical/behavioral issues to involved parties.
