Dr. Figueroa Peralta???s executive duties include board governance, fiscal management, mission alignment and strategic planning, as well as overseeing the administrative and operational needs of the organization. Dr. Figueroa Peralta has served as President & CEO of RiverValley and Affiliates since 2018.

Cate is responsible for developing and administering human resources plans and procedures for personnel in alignment with the organization???s goals and mission. She oversees the retention, recruitment, and employee relations of all departments of RiverValley and Affiliates.  

Chrishas over 20 years of experience in RiverValley???s Finance department. He is responsible for directing the activities of the Finance department, establishing and maintaining financial objectives and policies, and overseeing the financial operations of the organization.
